END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT:
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement, which includes computer, Secrets Of The Pros and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation (collectively the "Secrets Of The Pros Product"), between you ("User") and DesignStudio Canada. By accessing, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Secrets Of The Pros Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not install, distribute, or use the Secrets Of The Pros Product; you must delete it from your system entirely.

COPYRIGHT. The Secrets Of The Pros products are protected by copyright and international laws. All title and copyrights in and to the Secrets Of The Pros Product (including but not limited to any images, photographs, keyword lists, IP lists, source code (uncompelled Perl script), incorporated into the Secrets Of The Pros Product) are owned by DesignStudio Canada.

GRANT LICENSE. The Secrets Of The Pros Product is licensed, not sold. Subject to the condition that you are in compliance with the terms of this EULA, you may install and use the Secrets Of The Pros Product FOR USE FOR YOUR PERSONAL PROMOTION OF 1 DOMAIN OR URL THAT IS DIRECTLY OWNED BY YOU OR FOR WHICH YOU ARE AN AFFILIATE. YOU MAY PURCHASE ADDITIONAL LICENSES FOR YOUR USE (FOR YOUR DOMAINS ONLY) FROM WITHIN THE MANAGEMENT CONSOLE. No other use, modification, alteration, copying, or distribution of the Secrets Of The Pros Product is permitted. You may not rent the Secrets Of The Pros Product, nor may you offer use of it to others through a service bureau or application service provider. If you are installing this copy of the Secrets Of The Pros Product as an upgrade, update, patch or enhancement of a prior release of the same Secrets Of The Pros Product which was installed on the same computer, your rights under the prior license agreement for the Secrets Of The Pros Product are terminated, and all of your use of the Secrets Of The Pros Product (including its prior versions) are solely under the terms of this license agreement.

MODIFICATION SOFTWARE. You may not alter, modify, or change Secrets Of The Pros Product source code files in any manner, except as specified in the installation process of DesignStudio Canada.

LIMITATIONS. Except to the extent such a restriction is unenforceable under local law, you may not reverse engineer, recompile, or disassemble the Secrets Of The Pros Product. The Secrets Of The Pros Product is licensed as a single product, and its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. You may not modify, amend, or create derivative works of the Secrets Of The Pros Product.

DOMAIN LICENSES. This Secrets Of The Pros Licenses grants you a single Domain License, allowing you to use Search Engine Web site Traffic on a single domain. You may purchase additional Domain Licenses for your use. You may not resell, grant, or give these Domain Licenses to others, as they are only for your use on domains you own or control. Doing so will results in the termination of your product/service by DesignStudio Canada without any proper notification. Reusing The Secrets Of The Pros in two different Domains will complicate the Search Engine Ranking Terms and may cause for the script to not perform properly as to the Domain Name Registered with the Secrets Of The Pros is not the same as the INSTALLED DOMAIN.

REUSING ONE USER LICENSE TRAFFIC BOOSTER IN MORE THAN ONE DOMAIN WILL CAUSE YOUR WEB SITE BEING BANNED FROM THE SEARCH ENGINE DATABASE. DesignStudio is not responsible and will not be held responsible for your misuse.

USE OF SOFTWARE PRODUCT. User is solely responsible for use of Secrets Of The Pros, and any and all results resulting from use or misuse of Secrets Of The Pros. It is your duty to ensure that you are using Secrets Of The Pros in accordance with all local, state, and national laws. It is your duty to monitor pending and new legislation and make sure you are in compliance. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Web host/ISP allows installation and use of Secrets Of The Pros Product on their systems, even if we do installation on said Web host/ISP. You must use the product in an ethical and responsible manner. You may not include keywords in the product that are unrelated to your Web site.

TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, DesignStudio Canada may terminate this EULA or your rights under this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination of your rights under this EULA for any reason, or upon termination of the EULA itself, you must destroy all copies of the Secrets Of The Pros Product and all of its component parts in your possession (including all component parts, the media and printed materials, any prior versions, and this EULA). The terms of this paragraph shall survive any termination of this EULA. If you request a refund of your purchase, you must destroy all copies of Secrets Of The Pros Product within 14 Business Days.

PRIVACY. You understand and accept that Secrets Of The Pros Product will communicate with DesignStudio Canada servers for upgrades, updates, patches, and license verification. Information pertaining to your installation will be communicated to DesignStudio Canada servers solely for the purpose of license verification.

INDEMNIFICATION. User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DesignStudio Canada and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and any person or entity involved in creating, producing, or distributing Secrets Of The Pros Products from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of the installation of Secrets Of The Pros Product, use of Secrets Of The Pros Product, misuse of Secrets Of The Pros Product, failure to use Secrets Of The Pros Product, technical glitches or bugs or security weaknesses in Secrets Of The Pros Product, or any other result arising out of Secrets Of The Pros Product.

DISCLAIMERS. User expressly agrees that use of Secrets Of The Pros Product is at User's sole risk. You agree that Secrets Of The Pros Product is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. You understand that use of Secrets Of The Pros Product could result in significant recourse against you by the search engines, including, but not limited to, your entire domain name being banned and purged from search engine listings; you agree to take sole responsibility for such results. You also understand that installing this Secrets Of The Pros on certain ISP's/Web hosts may result in those ISP's/Web hosts banning you from their site, or taking other action against you. You also understand and agree that, while we make every effort to ensure that Secrets Of The Pros does not contain any security weaknesses, we are not responsible for any data loss, hacker attacks, backdoors, Trojan horses, or other security or data incidents resulting from use, installation, or misuse of Secrets Of The Pros Product, or from our installation services, installation advice, or digital or telephonic communications related to installation or use of Secrets Of The Pros Product. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable laws, DesignStudio Canada disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. DesignStudio Canada does not warrant that this site or its Secrets Of The Pros Product will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, bug-free, virus-free, or that defects will be corrected. When we provide installation services, paid or otherwise, via e-mail, on the telephone, or remotely, you understand that we are not responsible for any data loss, compromised security, or loss of profits resulting from installation services or advice. As well, we do not warrant or guarantee that our installation services, or that the Secrets Of The Pros Product, is not in violation of the Web Host’s Terms & Conditions.

DesignStudio Canada will not be held responsible for damages caused while installing the Secrets Of The Pros product without proper understanding of the Host Server. DesignStudio Canada will not be held responsible, if the damage or programming data or edited data is cause while installing the Secrets Of The Pros products. We/Us (DesignStudio Canada) do not guarantee that the Secrets Of The Pros product MUST work on all search engines and DesignStudio Canada is not to be held responsible for liable for any non-traffic caused by search engines and their affiliates.

AFFILIATE PROMOTION
You the affiliate (whether business, private, or personal) of DesignStudio Canada reselling "Secrets Of The Pros" or any of our products and services is bound by all our END USER LEGAL AGREEMENT. The affiliate special package per month does not apply to any Special Monthly Promotions. If you sell 300 copies of any of our products you are entitled to receive an additional $1000 dollars from DesignStudio Canada. However, if a special promotion is underway that 300 sales per month is not in affect.

This Secrets Of The Pros product will not cause any injuries to any human being, individual, person, any living being, or any form of a living organism. DesignStudio Canada does not authorize the use of this product to be used against Search Engines and their affiliates by cause any violation of the LAWS in the United States of America, Canada, or any other International Bodies of LAWS. DesignStudio Canada will not be held responsible when such an action is taken to violate any United States LAWS, Canadian LAWS, and any other International LAWS.

ADDITIONAL LEGAL NOTICES. Any failure by DesignStudio Canada to enforce any of the rights specified in the Terms or applicable laws shall not constitute a waiver of such right. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you, DesignStudio Canada, and the court shall endeavor to give effect to the intent reflected in that provision, and the remaining provisions shall retain their full force and effect. It is your responsibility to determine if use of Secrets Of The Pros Product is in violation of any local, state, regional, or national laws. Under no circumstances shall DesignStudio Canada ever be liable for an amount. User is responsible for ascertaining whether or not Secrets Of The Pros Product violates any state, local, regional, or federal laws, in Canada, the United States or Internationally.
